Cook with Ken: A Simple Afternoon Snack

Date:  Apr 8, 2012

Yesterday, I had a late night.  This morning, I had an early morning, to sent Jay to his Violin class.

So, I took a power nap without eating lunch.

Now, I am awake, and I am hungry.

The name of the dish is "Insalata Caprese".  Very easy to make.

1.  You need some tomatos on the vine.

10.  Cut some English Pasley.  This step is very important.  If you always wanted to make your dish looks perfect even if you are only cooking for yourself, and you do that.  You can cook!
