Look at these shell prawns... so fat and looks tasty.

There are almost 20 shops here selling almost the same thing.  Once you bought it, then, you bring it up to the restaurant up stairs to cook it.  Of course, there is a cooking fees.

Even inside the restaurant, they sell seafood.

This is the price for cooking, regardless of where you get the seafood from.

More prices.  And they count by quantity or weight.

Interesting... restaurant in China usually don't wash their own dishes.  They buy from a company that wash all these plates and wrap them up after the steam wash.  It is RMB 1 for each set.

Steam prawns is very tasty!

The bamboo clams is also very nice.  It is the only hot spicy food.

IMG_5606.jpg

The ginger onion crabs.  Very juicy and tasty too.

The fan shells.

The abalone rice.

Wow... Got to give two thumbs up for these fresh seafood.

My only worry is the prawns came from where?  The crab came from where?  are they radiated?
